My name is Caroline and I have been active in this Industry for over 20 years. Initially starting my body awareness in all forms of dance, Aerobic Fitness and then the Competitive side of Aerobics, I found my love for the human body and then how best to look after it, a natural progression from active to passive (in a sense), to massage.
